My Story

Everything you do, everywhere you go, every experience you have is all part of your story – and your story makes you who you are.

Each year, I look back on my life with an appreciation for each of my experiences and the people who have helped shape the stories I share.  This section of my site is, by far, one of the most personal and important to me.  It’s through these stories that I am able to truly see how much I’ve grown into who I am.  But the thing is, you’re never done learning.

Paired with a bit of vulnerability and unguardedness, I open up and share what it’s like to be me.

Hip Hops Hooray: My Beer Bath Interview in Prague

Splashing around in boozy baths is my thing, so when I discovered something called a beer bath in Prague, it became a must-try.  Being the maximizer I am, I combined my “21 Questions” game like interview with Life and Purpose Coach Amanda Davila and bath time. Soaking in hops, drinking a few cold brews and answering…

Life Realizations From Four Hours In Africa

I came to Africa to let my mind wander.  Sure, you may think a trip to Morocco, for this reason, is an unnecessary frivolity, but those of you who get it really get it.  And yes, I am highly aware I could’ve gone anywhere else in the world, somewhere closer to Portugal perhaps, but it…

It’s My Job & I’ll Quit If I Want To
